This Public Offer is unified for the internet resources businessforchristians.com and digitalsmmriver.com, owned and operated by A&N RIVER MARKETING (Alberta, Canada).
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider provides access to educational materials (online courses) in the digital "knowledge space". The services are intended for educational purposes only.
2. Pricing and Currency
2.1. All prices for services are indicated on the website.
2.2. The currency of the transaction is US Dollars (USD). If payment is made in another currency, conversion is handled by the Client's bank.
3. Fulfillment and Delivery Policy
Access to the materials is granted automatically via email or by providing login credentials to the personal account within 24 hours after successful payment.
4. Refund and Cancellation
4.1. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the Client has not accessed the course materials (no login recorded).
4.2. Once the Client logs in or starts streaming/downloading, the service is considered "fully consumed," and no refund will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability (Alberta Compliance)
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Alberta, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
7. Termination of Access
The Provider reserves the right to terminate access without a refund if the Client violates intellectual property rights (reselling, recording, or sharing access).

1. Предмет договору
Постачальник надає доступ до освітніх матеріалів (онлайн-курсів) у цифровому «просторі знань». Послуги надаються виключно в освітніх цілях.
2. Вартість та валюта
2.1. Всі ціни на послуги вказані на сайті.
2.2. Валютою транзакції є долар США (USD). При оплаті в іншій валюті конвертація здійснюється банком Клієнта.
3. Порядок надання послуг (Доставка)
Доступ до матеріалів надається автоматично через email або шляхом надання логіна та пароля до особистого кабінету протягом 24 годин після успішної оплати.
4. Повернення та скасування
4.1. Повернення коштів можливе протягом 14 днів з моменту покупки тільки якщо Клієнт не отримував доступу до матеріалів (не зафіксовано входу в систему).
4.2. Після входу в кабінет або початку перегляду матеріалів послуга вважається наданою в повному обсязі, і повернення коштів не здійснюється.
5. Обмеження відповідальності (Відповідно до законів Альберти)
У межах, дозволених законодавством Альберти, Постачальник не несе відповідальності за будь-які непрямі збитки. Загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, сплаченою за послугу.
6. Принципи вирішення спорів
Цей Договір регулюється законодавством провінції Альберта, Канада, та федеральними законами Канади. Будь-які спори вирішуються в судах міста Калгарі, Альберта.
7. Припинення доступу
Постачальник залишає за собою право закрити доступ без повернення коштів у разі порушення Клієнтом авторських прав (перепродаж, запис або передача доступу).
